Shipping policy

OFGODXFORGOD offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $100.

USA ORDERS

OFGODXFORGOD mainly uses The UPS Store to ship your orders (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). The shipping processing time are estimated between 3-8 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

We offer same-day LOCAL delivery for orders over $10 and up ONLY. Orders must be placed by 2:00PM PST to receive same-day delivery. All other orders after placed after 2:00PM PST will be delivered on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

OFGODXFORGOD uses DHL Express and The UPS Store to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using The UPS Store. In addition to an order confirmation email or text, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email or phone text (depending on the information you provided). Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

FAILED DELIVERY/RETURN TO SENDER

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (OFGODXFORGOD) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
